Protected: Bridging Climate Action and Social Justice: An Indicator-Based Approach

This study explores how artificial intelligence (AI) can strengthen both our indicator framework for Just Transition and the step-by-step Guideline that supports decisions in regions facing structural change.

This research develops a practical, step-by-step Guideline to support regions in planning and delivering a Just Transition. The Guideline is organized into modular areas so regions can adopt it as a whole or plug in parts aligned to their context and to best practices available drawed from core building blocks and evidence of widely used resources.

This work establishes a framework to track and support fair climate transitions across countries and sectors. It will design, validate, and publish a practical indicator system; pilot it in selected countries with factsheets; and build capacity through seminars and an inaugural international conference.
